Catering 

With a full catering prep kitchen, your preferred caterer has the space and tools they need to make sure the meal goes off without a hitch, leaving you and your guests with happy stomachs. 

Chairs and Tables

Personalize your layout to your heart's desire. Choose from round, banquet, and cocktail tables and up to 170 mahogany Chiavari chairs as well as 150 white outdoor garden chairs  to suit you and your guests' needs.

Linens

When it comes to basic linens, we’ve got you covered! Included in your reservation are white floor length tablecloths  and black tablecloths for food service tables.

 

Audiovisual

Our Ballroom is equipped with all of the essential audiovisual equipment you might need, including a built-in HD projector, in-house sound system, and wireless microphones.

Venue Coordinator

Your venue coordinator is here to help you with venue related tasks like meeting up for tours, providing a recommended list of top-notch vendors, working with you on your customized room layout, and helping with any other venue related questions before, during or after your event.

Setup & Takedown

It doesn’t get much easier. Before you even arrive, our team gets to work setting up all of the tables, chairs and linens included with your reservation. At the conclusion of your event, our team will also clean and put away all of the tables and chairs and linens provided through Ariel’s. Talk about a stress-free celebration!
